Basic characterics
Mainly used to reduce noise conducted through power or signal lines.
The common mode inductance filters symetrical noise associated with Y-type
safety capacitors connected to ground.
The differencial mode inductance filters assymetrical noise associated with
X-type capacitor connected between Line and Neutral.
