pEASY Cloning Vector The “pEASY ” cloning vectors provide a highly efficient, 5 minutes, one-step cloning strategy for PCR product without the need of elimination of PCR buffers. Some of convenient features of the vectors are as follows. Fast Instead of traditional method----Ligation can be accomplished without T4 DNA ligase in as little as 5 minutes hands-on time. Easy One microlitre PCR product and one microlitre vector are mixed together. Mixture is incubated for 5 minutes at room temperature. Efficient More than 95% clones contain correct insert. Double Selection Markers Kanamycin and ampicillin resistance genes are used for your choice of selection in E.coli.
