Věra Kotábová is the lecturer at the Department of Political Science, Institute of Political
Studies, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. She focuses on the US political system,
namely the presidency and elections. She was a visiting professor in several Virginian
institutions of higher learning, such as the College of William and Mary and Christopher
Newport University. Apart of teaching she works as a translator and a political analyst
occassionally.
