Requirements for participation
This tournament is open only for members of WTF-affiliated clubs or national teams. Valid membership must
be proved at the registration. All participants must have at the registration a valid medical confirmation not
older than one year. A declaration of Consent has to be presented by every participant under the age of 18.*

Any participant who is under the age of 18 on the day of competition has to present a Declaration of Consent,
signed by his or her legal guardian. Without this Declaration of Consent it is not possible to participate!
Liability:
No liability whatsoever will be taken by the organizer or the Czech Taekwondo Federation. Every participant
will participate at his/her own risk. Non-Czech citizens declare that they have taken proper measures to cover
all expenses in case of necessary treatment due to possible injuries by themselves. By online registration in the
registration cobra portal every participant accepts this clause.
Protection gear:
All protector equipment (hogu, headgear, shin-and forearm-protectors, groin-protector and mouth protectors)
must be WTF-approved and be brought to the competition by the competitor. No protection for instep is
allowed. Female groin protector is mandatory. Groin protector must be worn under the trousers. All
participants have to wear the appropriate belt color according to their graduation. White dobok is mandatory.
Jacket with black neck only for black belts.

PROTEST: Only the official coach is allowed to protest right after. The protest fee is 500 CZK OR 25,- € which
has to be paid immediately to the Competition Board.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
Each participant of the competition has to be a member of national taekwondo federation under the European
taekwondo union (ETU) or the World taekwondo federation (WTF).
COMPETITION SYSTEM:
The competition conforms the cut-off systém with basic, semi-final and final round included. In each round the
competitor has to perform only one poomsae. To the semi-final round will advance a half of all competitors in
the category with better score. To the final round will advance the best eight competitors.
In case that the category contains less than 20 competitors, only semi - final and final round will be included.

have to perform poomse according to table 1. They can choose on e for each round.

In case that there is only one (1) competitor in the category, the combination of categories will be performed
(A+B and C+D only).
Poomsae set for lot will be selected according to the B class.
Competitors holding 10th or 9th KUP (Individuals Dwarfs and Pupils only) should perform the same poomse in
each round.
Competitors starting in the same pair or team have to meet all the age category, technical grade category and
sex competition rules requirements. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to disqualification of involved
competitors. Poomsae to perform according to table 1 are set by the lowest technical grade in pair or team.
