Specification:
Heating elements for water and similar liquid heating with no danger of medium carbonization on the
surface of the unit. It consists of heating rods of desired shape and parameters and of a connecting
flange according to application of use.
Most common materials of the rods are copper, surfaced copper and various classes of stainless steel.
The rods may also be protected by teflon plating. The flanges are made of brass, steel of various lasses
of stainless steel.
The heating rods loading depends on the liquid flow, typically ranging between 6-9 W/cm 2, particular
applications may however require adjustments for either lower or higher loadings.
Power supply may be chosen according to customers requirements: 110V, 230V, 400V, 480V, 500V,
typically 1x230V or 1x400V (for one rod design) and 1x230V, 3x230V, 1x400 or 3x400V (for multiple rod
designs).
The IP protection is ranging from IP 00 for elements designed to be mounted in other mechanisms up
to IP 68 for separate units. Parts of the heating elements can also be supplied in a explosive
environment design along with the Ex certificate.
Depending on customers requirements the heating elements may also be supplied in variations such as
atypical rod shapes, individual flange connections, other materials or surfacings.

- eletric appliances – boilers, kettles, washing machines, dishwashers, radiators, coffee machines,
deepfryers,...
- food industry and gastronomy – water heaters, heating containers, stem closets, deepfryers
- transport and industry– cooling liquid and gear oils heating in motor vehicles during winter operation

The heating element consists of the heating rod connected to an oval flange. Outlets
are equipped with flat pins. Designed for direct water heating in el. water heaters,
must always be submerged up to the flange during operation. M6 threaded pins are
used for installation. Sealing is ensured by the rubber gasket, that comes as a part of
the flange.

Heating element consists of one heating rod connected to a brass head
(M48x2/ G6/4“). Heating rod is terminated by connecting terminals with M4 bolts, used
for inlet cabel connection. Designed for direct water and similar liquids heating (boilers),
must be always submerged up to the head during operation. It is recommended to use
copper, klingerit or other appropriate sealing under the thread.

Heating element consists of three U-shaped heating rods connected to the brass head
with cover (IP 54) with el. bushing PG13,5. Flange mounting hexagonal of size OK 65.
Designed for drect water and silmilar liquid heating in water heaters, el. boilers etc.
Must be submerged up to the head during all operations, It is recommended to use
copper, klingerit or other appropriate sealing under the thread. Supplier with 230V,
3x230V, 400V and 3x400V power supply as the table below shows, on customers
request.

two U-shaped heating rods and a flange with rubber gasket, designed for 70x18 mm

Heating elements consist of a coating (silicious glass or noble steel), ceramic heating
insertion and water resistant el. terminal board. Min. submerge level is always marked
on the coating, Given there is no sign of such mark, the element must all be
submerged while heating. El. terminal board is made of polypropylene, water resistant
with IP 65 and also resistant to the heated medium as well as its vapours.

Threaded heating elements in ATEX design are suitable into explosive environments.
Alluminium head can be fitted with up to two el. bushings. The head meets
requirements of Ex IICT4-T6, IP 67. They can be fitted with many types of connecting
threads, ussually 1¼, 2, 2¼ ´´ Made of brass or stainless steel AISI 316. Round
section 8mm heating rods are supplied in 825. The connecting flange can either be
right at the alluminium head or can be remotely separated.
