Popis
Svítidlo je vyrobeno k montáži do všech typů podhledů a do sádrokartonu. Těleso svítidla je vyrobeno
z ocelového, práškově lakovaného plechu. Optickou část tvoří parabolická mřížka z vysoce leštěného nebo
matného hliníkového plechu.
Základní verze svítidel je pro horní montáž, svítidla do sádrokartonu nutno specifikovat v objednávce.

powder coat RAL 9003. Optics made of high polished parabolic louvre.
Standard version is for modul 600×600, luminaires for modul 625×625 and into plasterboards is necessary
to specify in order.

Beschreibung
Leuchte ist für Montage in alle Untersichtstypen und in Gipsplatte angefertigt. Leuchtenkörper ist
aus pulverbeschichtetem Stahlblech angefertigt. Den optischen Teil bildet parabolischer Raster aus
hochglanzpoliertem Alublech.
Grundversion ist für obere Montage bestimmt, Leuchte für Gipsplatte ist in der Bestellung zu spezifizieren.

Svítidlo je vyrobeno z hliníkového profilu, opatřeného povrchovou úpravou s použitím práškových barev, dle
vzorníku RAL. Standardní provedení - RAL 9003 - bílá. Optická část je tvořena Al reflektorem a plastovou
mřížkou. Svítidla jsou závěsná a lze z nich vytvářet sestavy pomocí spojek.
Svítidla lze dodat s povrchovou úpravou dle vzorníku RAL.

Popis
Těleso svítidla je vyrobeno z ocelového plechu, opatřeného povrchovou úpravou RAL 9003. Reflektor svítidla
tvoří leštěný hliníkový plech. Optická část svítidla je kryta kaleným sklem tloušťky 5 mm, odolným proti
vysokým teplotám. Svítidlo je opatřeno silikonovým těsněním. Elektrická výbava je na samostatném nosném
plechu uvnitř svítidla.

Elektronický řízený předřadník pro ovládání a úsporu energie venkovního osvětlení.
Jedná se o kompaktní elektronickou napájecí jednotku nahrazující standardní výbavu ve svítidle tzn. elektromagnetický předřadník, kompenzační kondenzátor
a zapalovač. Umožňuje např. řízení proudu při startu výbojky, což znamená použití nižší výkonové řady jističů a s tím spojenou optimalizaci dodávky proudu ze sítě.
Kromě toho stabilizace příkonu je v rozsahu 180-253 V a start výbojky je zaručen při teplotě -20 až +60 °C.
Dosahuje se tak snížení počtu kusových výpadků výbojek, což vede k minimalizaci nákladů na údržbu soustavy veřejného osvětlení
a prodloužení životnosti výbojek až o 50 %.
Pomocí spínačů umístěných na předřadníku se nastavuje automatické snížení příkonu o 40 % v průběhu provozu veřejného osvětlení a jeho opětovné navrácení na
plný příkon v ranních hodinách. Bezpečnost silničního provozu je tak plně zajištěna i v zimním období. Díky této zcela originální funkci se řízení osvětlení realizuje bez
nutnosti instalování dodatečné řídící linky.
Životnost předřadníku je stanovena na hodnotu 90.000 hod při teplotě 70 °C na Tc bodě předřadníku, což při celkovém ročním provozu cca 4200 hod je přibližně 20 let.
Návratnost vložené investice do tohoto předřadníku se pohybuje v rozsahu cca. 2-4,5 roku dle příkonu (250, 150, 100, 70 a 50 W).
Electronic controlled balast for control and energy saving in outdoor lighting.
Power supply unit replacing standart gear in luminare - conventional balast, capacitor and ignitor. Allows e.g. current control during the ignition of light source which
means using lower output range of circuit breakers and better optimization of current supply from network.
Moreover the stabilization of power is in the range of 180-253 V and ignition of discharge lamp is guaranteed in temperatures from -20 °C up to +60 °C.
It´s thus achieved by reducing the number of outages of discharge lamps which leads to reducing mainenance costs and extending the life of
discharge lamps by 50 %.
Automatic power reduction by 40 % is set with switches on ballast during the operation of outdoor lighting and it´s return on full power in the early morning hours.
Road safety is so fully guaranteed also in winter time. Lightning control is realized without the need of instalation of additional control link thank to this entirely original
function. Service life of electronic balast is determined on 90.000 hours at temperature 70 °C on Tc point of ballast, which means approximately 20 years when
operating 4200 hours per year.
The returns of your investment moves within 2 - 4,5 years according to power of balast(250, 150, 100, 70 a 50 W).
Elektronisches gesteuertes Vorschalgerät für Steuerung und Energeiersparnis der Aussenbeleuchtung.
Es handelt sich um kompakte elektronische Stromversorgungseinheit, die die standardmässige Ausrüstung der Leuchten erszetz, sgn. elektromagnetisches
Vorschaltgerät, Kompensationskondensator und Zündgerät. Sie ermöglicht zB. Stromsteuerung beim Entladungslampenstarten, was die Benutzung der
niedrigeren Leistungsreihe der Schutzschaltern und damit verbundene Optimalisation der Stromversorgung aus dem Netz bedeutet. Ausserdem bewegt sich die
Leistungsbedarfstabilisation im Bereich 180-253 V und das Entladungslampenstarten ist bei der Temperatur -20 bis +60 °C gesichert.
Es werden dadurch wenigere Stückausfälle der Entladungslampen erzielt, was die Minderung der Wartungskosten der Aussenbeleuchtung und die
Verlängerung der Entladungslampengebrauchsdauer im Folge hat.
Durch die Schaltern auf dem Vorschaltgerät wird automatische Erniedrigung des Leistungsbedarfs um 40 % im Laufe des Aussenbeleuchtungbetriebes eingestellt
und seine wiederholte Zurückstellung in der Früh. Die Verkehrssicherheit ist dadurch auch im Winterzeit voll gesichert. Dank dieser ganz originalen Funktion wird die
Beleuchtungssteuerung ohne der nötigen zusätzlichen Steuerungsstrasse realisiert.
Die Vorschaltgerät-Lebensdauer ist auf den Wert 90.000 St bei der Temperatur 70 °C auf Tc-Punkt des Vorschaltgerätes festgelegt, was bei dem gesamten Jahresbetrieb
cca. 4200 St ungefähr 20 Jahre bildet.
Die Investitionsrückvergütung bei diesem Vorschaltgerät bewegt sich im Bereich cca. 2 - 4,5 Jahre nach Leistungsbedarf (250, 150, 100, 70 und 50 W).
