Pojištení se vztahuje na prípady odpovednosti za škodu vzniklou jinému na prepravované zásilce vyplývající z
prepravních smluv a na odpovednost za škodu vzniklou na zásilkách stanovenou Úmluvou o prepravní smlouve
v mezinárodní silnicní doprave (CMR) vcetne zvláštních ujednání pro odpovednost dle fATA, s výjimkou výluk
uvedených v pojistné smlouve. Pojištení se vztahuje pouze na odpovednost za škody vzniklé pri doprave
provádené silnicním motorovým vozidlem uvedeným v pojistné smlouve.
Pro pojištení odpovednosti dle
VPP OSO 2007 se v prípade, kdy byl pro predmetnou prepravu vystaven letecký nákladní list v souladu s
Úmluvou o sjednocení nekterých pravidel o mezinárodní letecké preprave (dále jen "Montrealská úmluva") SDELENÍ Ministerstva zahranicních vecí c.123/2003 Sb.m.s., ujednává, že CSOB Pojištovna, a.s., clen
holdingu CSOB poskytne, pro škody vzniklé znicením, pohrešováním ci poškozením nákladu nebo jeho cásti,
jako maximální náhradu škody plnení až do výše 17 jednotek SDR (zvláštních práv cerpání) za I kilogram
(hranice omezení odpovednosti dopravce dle Montrealské úmluvy), pokud za takovou škodu dopravce dle
Montrealské úmluvy odpovídá.
Pojištení se vztahuje na ty prípady odpovednosti, kdy škodní událost nastala na území Evropy a Turecka s
výjimkou následujících státu: Rusko, Belorusko, Ukrajina, Moldávie.

The insurance concerns cases of liability for damage caused to a third party to a transported shipment, resu[ting
from contracts of carriage, and liability for damage caused to shipments defined by The Convention on the
Contract for the [nternational Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR). The insurance covers only liability for damages
caused during transport executed by the road motor vehicle stated in the insurance contract. [n case of a Iiability
insurance conforming to General [nsurance Terms for General and Special Transport 2005, if an airway bili of
lading was issued in accordance with Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to [nternational
Carriage by Air (hereinafter "the Montreal Convention") - COMMUNICA TlON No. 123/2003 Col!. of
[nternational Treaties by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has been agreed that the CSOB Pojištovna, a.s.
insurance company, a member of the CSOB holding, provides indemnity up to 17 units of SOR (Specia[ Orawing
Rights) per 1 kilogram (the limit of a carrier's liability according to the Montreal Convention) as the maximum
reimbursement of damage, provided that the carrier is Iiable for the damage as specified in the Montrea[
Convention.
The insurance concerns those liability cases when the occurrence of loss arose in the territory of Europe aud
Turkey, except for the following countries: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova.
