who provide engineering services for ABB business units throughout the whole

Úlohy
- Provide training and level 1 support to the NWC Checkbook
users, escalate higher where necessary and follow-up the
escalated issues
- Assist NWC Checkbook owners and VCE managers in
preparing NWC Checkbooks
- Ensure timely submission on monthly NWC checkbooks and
work with owners to ensure high quality
- Maintain list with user improvement suggestions and ensure
regular review and prioritization with Division VCE Manager
- Lead and organize User Acceptance Testing of any template
improvements
- Proactively review NWC items and offer improvement
actions as needed
- Create dashboards for analytics and reporting of
consolidated NWC checkbook view (e.g. at HUB, PG and BU
level)

Excellence function, risk systems and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (specific use with
pivot tables and formulas). Ideally to have working knowledge
of macro writing and execution. Very good knowledge of
Sharepoint.
