Paymend may be made by postal order by bank transfer. A payment proof has to be
attached to the application form in any instance. Cancellation and money refund after
the second deadline is not possible.

Veterinary
• All participating specimens must be clinically healthy.
• The dogs do not need a certificate of clinical health examination any more.
• Dogs that have not undergone the veterinary check-in control, must not participate at the show.
• The dogs must have a passport for small animals (EU pet passport) or a vaccination
passport containing a record showing that the dog is in immunity against rabbiescanina distemper, parvovirosis and leptospirosis. Dogs coming from EU member
states an from third countries must have a valid EU pet passport an must fulfil the
conditions laid down by the EU Regulation 998/2003 of 26. 5. 2003.
• During the show, the owners should take measures ensuring that mutual attacking
of animals or juring people is prevented.
Instructions for application completion
Complete the application on a typewriter or in block capitals. Illegible application forms
will be returned. The organizer accepts no responsibility for wrongly completed applications. Unless a photocopy of Performance Certificate (the examination certificate,
not tables and exam confirmation or Championship, Certificate for the Champion
class) is enclosed the dog will be classified to the open class. A proof of fee payment
has to be attached to the application, unless the application will be returned. The fee
may be paid at the show in exceptional situations upon agreement with the organizer, as per the 2nd deadline. The postal date on envelope is decisive for distinction
between the first and second deadlines. Reclassification or exclusion of dogs after
the deadline is not possible. Acceptance of a dog to the show will be confirmed in
written 10 days before the show. By application acceptance each exhibitor is subject
to all the provisions of the FCI Exhibition Rule and the internal rules. Important note:
A photocopy of the pedigree has to be attached to the application – applies to all the
dogs admitted to the exhibition.
General provisions
The dog show is organized according to the dog shows rules of the FCI and ČMKU. Only
dogs entered in FCI-accepted stud books are allowed to take part at the show. Dogs
which have reached the age required for entering the desired class on the show day at
the latest. Division into classes is according by the FCI Show Regulation and is described
in the registration form. In case no copy of a certificate approving the fulfillment of the
conditions for entering working class or champion class is attached to the entry form,
the dog will be put into open class. The organizer of the show is not responsible for any
damages caused by the dog or the exhibitor neither for death nor for loss of the dog.
Dogs with cropped ears are not allowed into the show grounds and will not be judged.
Changes in exterior of a dog performed by means of excessive use of lacquer, powder,
hair tinting and basic trimming connected with a long-time trying-up of the dog on a table
are forbidden on the show. The violation of these rules can lead to disqualification of the
dog. Owners of the dogs awarded the title BOB (Best of Breed) are obliged to participate
with their dogs in the final competitions. The exhibitors are obliged to abide with the
provisions of the FCI Show Regulations, of these propositions and the instructions of
the Show Committee to which they bind themselves by submitting the entry form. They
are also obliged to maintain the exhibition area clean. In case the show does not take
place for objective reasons, the fees would be used for covering the show preparation
expenses. It is forbidden to bring puppies for the purpose of sale to the show. The organizer
does not accept any responsibility for undelivered applications. Documents submitted
after the 2nd entry deadline will not be taken into consideration. An exhibitor agrees with
publication of his address in the catalogue.
Complaints:
Complaints against judge‘s decision is inadmissible. Only formal reasons of
breaching the Exhibition Rule or instructions may be contested. A complaint
has to be filed in written together with a bail of CZK 1000 during the exhibition
only. Unless the protest is found justified the bail will be forfeited for the benefit
of the show organizer.
