This additional information is provided to all known applicants and shall be published on the
Contracting Authority´s web site .
Question No. 1
“We would like to ask for explanation on unclarities in the tender documentation for delivery of
‘Vacuum components branch L1-E1 including supporting frames’. In comparison to similar public
contracts for ELI Beamlines, some dispositions are lacking in the recommended outline so that
potential bidders could uniformly submit their bids. It concerns especially:
9.1.5 Price bid – the annex template is lacking; the mentioned Annex No. 5 is not available in
the documentation, only Annex No. 6 is available which is however a part of the contract itself
rather than of a bid;
9.1.6 Price calculation documentation – it is not specified to what extent/in what detail it shall be
elaborated;
9.1.7 Technical concept document – it is not described in terms of contents required by
the Contracting Authority.”

V doporučené osnově jak bývalo u obdobných zakázek u ELI Beamlines zvykem chybí některé
dispozice tak aby případní uchazeči mohli nabídku jednotně podat.
Jedná se zejména o :
9.1.5 Price bid- chybí vzor přílohy, uváděná Přiloha č. 5 není v dokumentaci k dispozici, k dispozici je
pouze Příloha č. 6 která však je součástí smlouvy, kontraktu ne však nabídky
9.1.6 Price calculation documentation – není uveden detail zpracování, v jakém detailu chce
zadavatel zpracování
9.1.7 Technical concept document – jaký obsah si zadavatel představuje, není nikde popsáno)

supporting frames’. Is it possible? We have pdf files, but it has a limit to make an overview.”
