The small easy-touch foot-control prevents foot fatigue and backaches.
Burs are changed without the need of tools.
The extra slim design of the rotor cartridge gives maximum working
comfort and maximum visibility to the piece being worked on.
Lubricant is applied directly to the rotor’s ball bearings. This increases
the lifespan of the rotor considerably.
The spray traps the dust, protects the grinding tools and prolongs their
life. The spray prevents overheating of the material being worked on
and therefore minimises the risk of fracture and discoloration.
The Hydro-Air Carver is a versatile, compact unit, with a lightweight
handpiece for precise shaping of hard and very hard materials. The
spray can be switched on and off quickly with the switch on the
handpiece. This unique feature reacts instantly and avoids “overflooding” the workpiece and workplace. Fine adjustment is achieved by
using the air and water regulators at the front of the unit.

NOTES:
Push with one finger against black ring on
connection. Simultaneously pull hose off
the connection.
DISCONNECTION:

located on side of unit (7).

Shorter end fits oiling port on rotor cartridge

Caution: Do not oil more than the recommended quantity
Use Adapter provided as follows:
Caution: Keep the oiling port clean.
Never clean rotor cartridge with compressed air,
it can damage the bearings
Unscrew black nut
Turn the handpiece until the port becomes visible
Hold the handpiece horizontal
Insert 1-2 drops of oil into the port
Screw black nut back onto handpiece

Note: Maximum pressure indication is 3.2 bar (46.5 psi)
Hold turbine (01) in your hand and press foot pedal (05);
simultaneously turn pressure regulator (10) clockwise until
pressure gauge (11) indicates 2.8 bar (40.4 psi).
The pressure regulator is factory set. If adjustment is needed
proceed as follows:
Push blue hose (06) into connection located on side of unit (07), and
black hose (08) to your compressed air supply (09).
Caution: Do not overfill - check level at control slot on the back
of the unit (04).
Remove water tank cap (03) and fill spray water container with distilled
water.
Screw turbine (01) onto hose union (02).

MAINTENANCE
Lubricate air turbine daily by putting 1 or 2 drops of oil into the port
shown below.

Turn gently to limit stop. Do not apply force!
Make sure that Collect Chuck is fully closed before
turbine is used

Turn lock-ring (15) in direction of arrow until limit stop.

OPENING THE COLLECT CHUCK
Move slide (14) forwards for water spray ON and backwards for spray
OFF.
Fine adjustment of the spray is achieved by using the air and
water regulators at the front of the unit.

Caution:
Never clean turbine’s head with compressed air;
it can damage the bearings.
Put on nose with new cartridge onto turbine body.
Secure with black nut.
Unscrew black nut (18) and pull turbine nose (19) off of turbine
body (20).

Remove back cover and twist
(unscrew) reservoir (17) to the left.

Caution: Make sure that pressure gauge (11) indicates 0 bar (zero) before
refilling and the foot pedal is not actuated.
