Agreement as of June 9, 2008.
I.

Parties agreed on new wording of item
11 of the Article 1.8. as follows:
SW se zavazuje poskytnout LU dar ve
výši 50'00o,- Kč, v souladu se zákonem
č.586/7gg2 Sb. o daních z příjmů' Dar
bude poskytnut nejpozději do 30.11.
2009' LU se zavazuje, Že s tímto darern
naložípřísně dle vnitřních rozpočtových
pravideI a bude použit v souIadu s
vnitřními předpisy LU zejména na
rehabiIitačnía rekreačníúče|y
zaměstnanců - čtenůodborové
organizace a také se zásadami
hospodá rnosti.
SW obliges to provide to LU a donation
amounting 50,000 Czk in line with Act
No. 586/1992 (Coll. of Laws), on income
taxes. The donation shall be granted no
later than by 30.11.2009. LU obliges to
utilise the donation strictly in line with the
LU's internal budgeting rules and shall be
used in line with internal regulations of
the LU especially for the purposes of
recreation and rehabilitation of
employees - LU members and also in line
with the principles of cost-effectiveness.
II.
The remaining parts of the listed
agreement remain unchanged. This
amendment No. 7 is drafted in two
counterparts, each party receives one.
