Úspěch moravského vína v silné konkurenci sladkých vín je nesmírně cenný. Rodinné
vinařství Springer je považováno za jednoho
z nejlepších výrobců červených vín u nás. Při
tvorbě bílých vín ale Pavel Springer projevuje
stejnou odhodlanost a nasazení. Projevuje se
to zvláště u přírodně sladkých vín, jejichž výroba je absolutním vrcholem vinařského umění
a odvahy. Viniční trať Čtvrtě, z níž pocházejí
hrozny pro toto víno, patří mezi nejlepší viniční
tratě u nás. Je charakteristická hlinitopísčitou
půdou a návějemi spraše, které dávají vínu
plnost a mineralitu. Sběr hroznů proběhl
17. prosince 2001 při teplotě -17° C s cukernatostí 51 °. Kvašení trvalo necelé dva měsíce
bez použití ušlechtilých kvasinek. Doporučujeme podávat vychlazené na 10° C.
The success of Moravian wine in the strong
competition of sweet wines is extremely valued. The family winery Springer is considered
to be one of the best producers of red wine in
Czech Republic. However, Pavel Springer shows
the same resolution and verve at the production of white wine. It is obvious above all at
naturally sweet wines, production of which is
the absolute top of viticulture art and spirit.
The vineyard track Čtvrtě, which provide grapes
for these wines, belongs to the best vineyard
tracks in our country. It is specific by its claysandy soil and loess banks, which borrow wine
its fullness and mineral character. The harvest
of grapes succeeded on 17th December 2001
at the temperature of -17°C and sugar content
51°. The fermentation took les than two months, without using noble yeast. We recommend
to serve cooled at 10°C.
