N.B.: The tournament director reserves the right to alternate the programme dependably on the circumstances.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Entry fee
Entry fee for sign-in main draw 60 EUR / qualifying 40 EUR.
Balls
In the main draw and qualifying there shall be given three (3) new balls for each match.
Another three (3) new balls shall be provided for any third set.
Practice and practice balls
Three (3) balls from the previous matches shall be provided for practice. Balls shall be
provided against the deposit in price of 5 EUR or 200 CZK which shall be given back to
the player when he gives balls back (at the reception).
The reservation of hours for practice and practice schedule available at the reception.
Practice for qualifcation players on Sunday (2 – 6 p.m.) and for main draw players after
qualifcation matches.
Warm-up
The warm-up shall not exceed fve minutes.
Medical care and massage
Medical care provided by the physiotherapist Mgr. Yulia Yashkina.
Massage for players available for 20 EUR/30 min, 35 EUR/60 min.
Stringing
Offcial tournament stringing possible at the I. ČLTK Praha for 12 EUR.
Accomodation
Offcial tournament hotels are Hotel Belvedere (tel. 0042 02 22106111) and Absolutum
Hotel (tel. 00420 2 22 541 406). See the plan of the city with important check points and
hotels on next pages.
Restaurant
Pay attention that the club restaurant is under reconstruction! Available are drinks
dispenders (with beverages and baguettes), coffee machines, and fruit at the reception.

Transport
The transport in Prague is available by tram, metro and taxi (tel. 140 14 or 00420 222
333 222). The transport from the airport and hotels is not provided by the organizer.
