Doc. Dr. Michał ZDZIARSKI
Assistant Professor at Warsaw University, Department of Strategic and International
Management. Dr. Zdziarski lectures international business and strategic management.
He designed the innovative Invisible Leadership program that was licenced by House Of
Skills – leading Polish executive development company. He also serves as Research Director
for Warsaw Executive MBA programmes focusing on leadership, top management teams,
strategic management and internationalization.
Michal Zdziarski was Principal Researcher at a global think tank - The Conference Board.
He designed and executed global research project The CEO Challenge that was conducted
in over 60 countries. In his research projects he interviewed over 100 CEO’s including
several leaders of Fortune 500 companies.
