Dining Menu
Dear guests,
Let me on behalf of the whole team of our
BREWERY HOTEL NA RYCHTE welcome you in the spaces
of which historical roots date back to the mid-19th century.
At first there was sold wine and subsequently the building was
used as a restaurant. There was a well-known pub U Hublu and then
it served as pilsner alehouse, Pub U Madru. Historical photographs
of both pubs adorn the interiors. After 1970 there was a wine bar
Mikulovska, for residents known as “Mikulda” and recently the
restaurant NA RYCHTE that bears its name for the present
brewery and hotel.
After more than a year of reconstruction, which ran from 2009 to 2010,
on 9.10.2010 we opened BREWERY HOTEL NA RYCHTE that not
only wants to follow a long-time history, but also to create new one.
We would like to follow the history not only by sensitive
reconstruction and interior decoration, but also by gastronomy. The
menu was compiled by a great chef Jan Hermanek. It is an excursion
into the best of historical Czech cuisine in a concept and possibilities
of modern gastronomy using the latest technology.
We started writing new history by brewing our own beer that
is brewed with love from the first-class malt and hops by a famous
brewer from Usti nad Labem Jaroslav Rottenborn. Thus you have
a chance to drink unique unpasteurized and unfiltered beer,
brewed only from natural raw materials.

the supervision of an operation manager Jiri Stovicek, it may happen
