BASIC INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION FEES
Number of participants:
10 work places for 20 participants will be prepared for the
practical part of the course.

Registration fee: € 650
The fee includes:
Professional program, practical training, protective clothing,
refreshment during breaks, dinner for course participants.
Accommodation and transport are paid individually by each
participant.

The Department of Anatomy, MU Brno is a part of a new University
Campus which is located in Brno-Bohunice. The Campus can be
reached by public transport about 20 minutes from the city centre.
Both, from the train and coach stations, you can take the bus No. 60,
get off at the bus-stop Nemocnice Bohunice and change to the bus
No. 61 or 69. Then you get off at the bus-stop Kamenice. City public
transport timetables can be found at www.dpmb.cz
It is also possible to use a parking area which is a part of the
Department of Anatomy.

AFFIRMATION OF PREVENTIVE VACCINATION
Safety precautions
Affirmation of preventive vaccination
I declare that I am appropriately vaccinated against diseases
according to the Decree of Healthcare Ministry of the Czech Republic
no.439/2000 Coll. of 6th December 2006 about vaccinations against
diseases which could be transmitted to me from the biological
material during the course. I commit myself to use protective aids
which are specified by the course organizer. Thereby I relieve the
organizer from responsibility in case of any health damage during the
course.
This affirmation will be submitted in order to sign it before the course
beginning at the registration.

The course includes a practical part, i.e. working with cadavers,
where the infection risk cannot by completely eliminated (as during
any other manipulation of biological material). Therefore it is
necessary for the participants who take part in the practical part to be
appropriately revaccinated. On the basis of our notice the clients are
obliged to sign relevant safety affirmation before the course begins.
The practical part participants will be supplied with following
disposable protective aids: surgical shirt, trousers, gown, shoe covers,
cap, mask, gloves and goggles. The course organizer is not
responsible for injuries or damage incurred within the course.
